Mallorca 1 - Hostal Rural Can Busquets, Banyalbufar
Banyalbufar is a preserved village in the Tramuntana mountain range. Its inhabitants total around 400 in summer and 150 in winter. There are 7 restaurants, 3 hotels, and 3 inns. The village is built on terraces that extend down to the sea.
Ca'n Busquets is a traditional Majorcan stone house dating back to the XIX century. It has six rooms that have been renovated, respecting the original character of traditional Majorcan architecture, but with all modern conveniences: full bathroom suite, heating, air condition, etc.
But it is neither this, nor the breakfast or the sunsets that are the most important. The best we have to offer you is our hospitality, affection, and respect, to make you feel at home, completely at ease, forgetting the daily stress, and "recharging your batteries". Here you can take walks, swim, or just simply rest.
10 minutes away are two unique pebble beaches: one of which, S' Arenal, has an invigorating natural shower formed by a waterfall that falls right onto the middle of the beach; and the other, Sa Galera, with a small jetty, is distinguished by its privacy.
For those who enjoy
walking in the mountains, the Grandes Rutas (Long Routes) or just a walk through the woods with the sea as a backdrop, you have found the ideal place: Sa Volta des General (The General's Walk), Camí des Correu (Courier's Route), Sa Mola de Planícia (The Massif of Planícia).
Distance from Palma Airport and Port: 35 minutes, from Palma: 25 minutes.
